LIMITATION OF LIABILITYBarz casino's liability for damages arising out of or related to the provision of the Service is limited to a maximum amount equivalent to one month's worth of service fees received by Barz casino from the User.In no event shall Barz casino be liable for consequential, indirect, special or punitive damages.

• Barz casino may disclose aggregate user statistics and other non-personal data to third parties;

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTIONThese Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Barz casino is located;Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction;
